Glen Park Montessori Preschool, San Francisco, CA, seeks Afternoon School staff member.
We’d like to offer the qualified individual the chance to work with our team of certified Montessori teachers- dedicated, imaginative and fun individuals that love their work, and the children as well as the gracious environment Glen Park Montessori offers. Our afternoon school program retains the Montessori practices (encouraging self- sufficiency, mutual respect, peaceful classroom, and love of learning) inherent in the morning session but with different materials for the children to work with. Once you have spent time with us, you might want to pursue the Montessori training yourself and we can assist you with that, as we have with several teachers in the past. The standard 12 ECE units required, current CPR certificate, and a lot of good energy, great sense of humor with at least 2 years working with preschool age children in a preschool setting. Hours are 1 to 6 PM 5 days a week.
