Esteem Me Montessori, Cary, NC, seeks:

 A) Early Childhood Guide.  Responsible for daily planning and implementation of the curriculum and use of materials/apparatus; encourage each child to participate in
classroom activities, keep each child safe and nurture them.

Additionally, each teacher must develop and maintain positive partnering
relationships with parents.

Requirements –

- Montessori Certificate Required
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood, a plus
- Or, have completed their NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent, a
plus
- Or, at least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare
facility.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hardworking work ethic and proven excellent work attendance
- Organized and attention to detail
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Current Wake County qualification letter
- Recent TB Test


B) Assistant Guide.  Responsible for assisting the teacher with daily planning and
implementation of the curriculum and use of materials/apparatus; encourage each child to participation in classroom activities, keep each child safe and nurture them. Helping the teacher to maintain a positive and calm environment.  Additionally, each teacher must develop and maintain positive partnering relationships with parents.

 Requirements –
- Montessori certificate, a plus
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood, a plus
- Or, have completed their NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent, aplus
- Or, at least 1 years of experience working in a licensed childcarefacility.
- Familiar with Montessori teaching
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hardworking work ethic and proven excellent work attendance
- Organized and attention to detail
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Current Wake County qualification letter
- Recent TB Test and physical
